At Created Haven, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because many of our items are made by hand and often created in small batches or made-to-order, we have a limited return policy.

🌿 All Sales Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect color/style choice

Seasonal or holiday items

🖥️ Digital Downloads

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items once the order is placed and the download link has been delivered.

💛 Damaged or Defective Items

Your happiness matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at acreatedhaven@gmail.com.

To help us make things right quickly, include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.

🌸 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, materials and production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

Created Haven is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

If you experience an issue with shipping, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
