Processing Time All Created Haven pieces are handmade to order with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer two shipping options for US orders:

Standard Shipping — estimated delivery 5–8 business days after shipment

Express Shipping — estimated delivery 2–3 business days after shipment

Free Shipping We're happy to offer free shipping on qualifying US orders. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide via:

USPS International — estimated delivery 7–21 business days after shipment

DHL Express — estimated delivery 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Packaging & Handling Our handmade wreaths, door signs, and wall hangings are fragile and packed with extra care. Each piece is individually wrapped and boxed to protect it during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
